We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to promote our products and services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and providing professional sales support. Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a degree in business or sales (or fresh graduates) are preferred.
1. Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in industrial equipment, automotive, construction machinery, or commercial vehicle sales is a strong plus.
- Fresh graduates can be considered for junior positions, especially if they have technical aptitude and strong communication skills.
2. Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Mechanical Engineering (valuable for technical product lines)
- Marketing or any related field
3. Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication (Arabic + English; French is a bonus).
- Ability to understand technical specifications.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships (dealers, contractors, fleet operators, warehouses, logistics companies).
4. Driving License ( Mandatory).
5. Additional Requirements
- Availability for field work
- Ability to travel domestically (and regionally if needed)
- Basic technical understanding of machinery (can be trained)
