We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counterman to support our customers and internal service teams by identifying, locating, and selling the correct parts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service in our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers and technicians in identifying required parts

Process parts orders, returns, and warranties accurately

Maintain parts inventory and ensure stock availability

Communicate pricing, availability, and delivery times clearly

Support the service team with timely parts sourcing

Ensure a clean and organized parts counter and storage area
