As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for re-establishing, qualifying, and maintaining contact with our customers to provide support and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Account Management & Data Accuracy: Qualify and update customer accounts in ERP, maintain an accurate account database, track sales and promotions, and manage administrative processes like call reports and weekly plans.
- Sales, Lead Development & Relationship Building: Promote dealership services, generate and qualify equipment leads, identify customer needs, provide solutions, build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and close sales contracts.
- Customer Support & Service Coordination: Handle customer complaints, ensure high-quality service and support solutions, coordinate with Service and Parts departments, and drive issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Reporting & Administrative Support: Maintain records for the PSSR department, prepare after-sales reports, support PSSRs across branches, and assist in coordinating resources and interdepartmental collaboration.
1. Has a minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in Sales, After-Sales Support, and/or Customer Service and Support.
2. Technical or BA degree in Business or any related field.
3. Experience working with a CRM / ERP system.
